Lunar Grief Release - Winter Solstice
Honor what you carry through gentle movement, breathwork, and ritual, followed by a community soak at Urban Baths.

Location: Elevated Strength + Wellness 1000 River Rock Dr #105 in Folsom, followed by Urban Baths next door.
Time: 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, swimwear, and a towel. Shower shoes for the bath house are provided at no cost by Urban Baths, and you can rent two towels for $5. Mats and equipment for the yoga event are provided.
Who It’s For: Anyone navigating a meaningful loss—not only the death of a loved one. Come as you are, with whatever you’re carrying.

Winter invites us to slow down and tend to what we carry. Join us for an intimate, small-group experience with gentle yoga, guided breathwork, reflection, and ritual, followed by up to two hours of community soaking at Urban Baths.
Together, we’ll make space for grief, welcome moments of ease, and honor the returning light.

Rest and replenish through shared ritual and community soaking.
No yoga or breathwork experience is needed. All forms of grief are welcome. Bring a swimsuit for the soak, and come as you are.
